As always, I am continuing with In Your Area Days throughout the riding this year. I will be starting off the New Year with five scheduled for the month of January. The final date in this round of In Your Area Days comes on a very significant date for our Government. It is has been one year since we took office. I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish over the past year and would like to hear your thoughts on what matters most to you. Our Government has managed to bring equality for stay-at-home parents, we have gotten tough on crime, introduced legislation to bring democracy to the Senate, and have done what I believe is most important of all—we have worked hard to keep our promises.

During the month of January, I will be in different locations across the riding providing an opportunity for constituents to meet with me to provide feedback on the federal government’s performance or chat about any other issues of concern. The evening will allow for a roundtable discussion (6:30-8:00p.m.) and then a short time for brief one-on-one sessions (8:00-8:30p.m.) with me or my staff—please call my office at (613) 992-1119 for an appointment.
